THE MAN, VINCENT AGENMONMEN: Vincent Esebanmen Agenmonmen, an industrialist was born to the Agenmonmen family of Ualor, Uromi, in Esan North-East Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria, on September 25, 1945. From very humble beginnings, Chief Agenmonmen, combining the attributes of vision, foresight, hard work and dogged commitment to a chosen goal, built up an industrial/commercial organisation, The Freedom Group, with a foundational base in the solid minerals sector of the Nigerian economy. He attended St. Anthony’s Catholic School, Uromi; St. Theresa’s Secondary School, Uromi; and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His working experience shows that before he attained his present status, he had passed through the grassroots corridor of teaching and artisanship. Deacon Agenmonmen is affiliated to more than fifteen professional bodies and organisations.
